- Now in a big bowl put veg mixture,grated cottage cheese,mashed potatoes and garam masala powder,cashew nut powder,nutmeg powder,green cardamom powder,chat masala powder,roasted gram flour,chopped green coriander leaves and salt to taste and mix all them well.
- Now apply some oil in your hands and take potato size kabab mixture and roll on in long cylinder shape.Then take wooden skewers and add put in cylinder shaped mixture and and make kabab..
- Heat oil in non stick pan.And one by one,shallow fry all the kababs..Serve with salad and green chutney..
