- Grease the palm with little oil, take a ball size mixture and then evenly sculpt the mixture around bamboo or metal skewers to form long sausage shape.
- Brush the kababs with some oil on all sides.
- On stove top heat the grilling pan, drizzle some oil and cook the brushed kababs on medium flame to low flame. It would take around 15 minutes.
