Steps to make Veg Eggs:
- Take potatoes and add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and 2 spoon cornflour and mix it nicely.
- Then take Paneer add salt, black pepper, 1 spoon cornflour and mix it nicely.
- Then take kadhai put oil add cumin splutter them then add onion paste and saute till oil separated then add matar paste and stir fry till matar paste becomes dry.
- Then take small ball size Paneer and like paratha fill matar in it and then take potatoes and in this put Paneer balls and closed it make round shapes and roll in bread crumbs and then slowly deep fry it all balls and after that cut balls in two parts and served it with your choice of chutney, sauce.
