- Take 1/8 tsp crushed ginger
- Make ready for tomato rice-
- Make ready 1 tsp oil
- Get 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- Make ready few curry leaves
- Get 1 tbsp washed urad and chana dal
- Get 1 chopped onion
- Prepare 1 chopped tomato
- Get 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Make ready 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Make ready as per taste Salt
- Prepare 1 bowl washed rice
- Take as required Water to cook rice

- For plating, brush some homemade tomato chuttney, place salad if you want, I've made carrot and cucumber rose and plate it as per your choice, and serve hot.
