This minced chicken cooked in a sweet-salty sauce with vegetables and spring onions is a quick midweek meal. Soboro donburi, also known as soboro don, is a classic Japanese dish of seasoned ground chicken served over a bed of rice.

- Put ground chicken meat, soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, grated ginger in a pan and mix well. (using 2~3 chopsticks) - When mixed well, put on fire. Cook with constant stirring.
